About Kelly Libolt
With over 30 years of experience, Kelly brings diverse technical skills to any project. Her experience with a wide range of design and construction projects throughout the Northeast has resulted in a detailed knowledge of land development and construction.
She has managed numerous types of projects including commercial, residential land development, public works, communication facilities, fueling stations, transportation facilities, as well as site and building construction projects and demolition and abatement projects.
As the majority owner of Eastern Construction Materials, Kelly is responsible for the oversight of all products that are carried by the company, as well as all projects that Eastern Construction Materials is involved with.
